Head of Operations

Jorge is an operations leader with broad experience across marketing, logistics, finance, and human resources. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Alexander von Humboldt
University and has worked in key roles in Colombia’s retail and health sectors. Currently, he serves as Head of Operations at Mandioca LLC, a fintech platform focused on cross-border payments and OTC transactions using stablecoins like USDT. Juliana Hincapie

Head of Back Office Operations

Juliana is a business administrator with solid
experience in sales development, administrative
operations, and digital marketing. She graduated
from Universidad del Quindío with a focus on
international business and has worked across
sectors including security, retail, and tech. Currently,
she serves as Head of Back Office Operations at
Mandioca, a cross-border fintech platform
powered by stablecoins like USDT. In her role, she
oversees client onboarding, supports OTC
operations, and optimizes internal workflows to
support the company’s global growth.

Daniel F. Zapata

CTO

Daniel is a technology and product leader with a
background in business, UX, and innovation. He
holds a degree in International Business from
Universidad El Bosque and has led ventures
across e-commerce and tech. As CTO of
Mandioca, he drives the development of the

Malory Rodriguez

Head of HR

Malory is an HR and operations professional with
international experience. A graduate of a New York university, she founded her own HR consultancy before joining Mandioca, where she now leads back- office operations. She brings a strong blend of people management and process execution to support the company’s global growth.

Santiago Molano

Head of OTC Desk

Santiago is a seasoned crypto investor with
extensive experience in digital assets and
blockchain markets. He holds a degree in
Business Administration from Bogotá and has
built a strong track record advising on crypto
strategies. As an investor in Mandioca and the
company’s Head of OTC Desk, he leads
international investment initiatives and oversees
OTC trading operations, bringing sharp market
insight and a global perspective to the fintech’s
